More than 4,000 hours donated through the VFW's VA's Voluntary Service program earned Roger Gowen (left), senior vice commander of the VFW Department of Arizona U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Secretary Bob McDonald's challenge coin. The coin was presented by Brian Duffy, VFW senior vice commander, on Friday, May 13 following Secretary McDonald's remarks at VFW's senior vice training.
