As a Veteran & Military Support program chair, you play a vital role in our organization. In many cases, our VFW programs are the first introduction a service member or veteran has with the organization. Your role as a chair is both important, and multi-faceted.

To help you perform your role, we've compiled the forms and reports you use most frequently in one place.

To download the report or file, simply click the file name below. If you run into any issues or can't find what you're looking for, don't hesitate to contact Mark Herron, Assistant Director, Veterans & Military Support (Programs), at

Team VMS:

As the Veterans & Military Support Program evolves and streamlines our operations, we have augmented the current Veterans & Military Support Programs Chair Tools webpage. This will be updated every month. Continue to do what you are doing. Thank you for your support!

Yours in Comradeship,

VMS Lapel Pin Orders

As we plan for the 2023 National Convention in Phoenix, Arizona, we still have a few Departments that are still delinquent with regards to the 2022-23 VMS Lapel Pins. Please contact the VMS office at 816.968.1102 if you have any questions on how much your Department needs to donate to resolve the delinquency. Payment can be made via the Dashboard using the VMS Donation link in the upper right-hand corner of that webpage. Departments won’t be able to order the new pins until the delinquency is brought current.

The new design for the VMS Lapel Pins for the 2023-24 Program year is here and we are receiving and still taking orders. Please do not pay for these pins until the 2023-24 Program Year starts, Jul. 01, 2023.
