How We Use Your Information
We use your mobile information solely to send SMS messages related to your membership, including renewal reminders and customer service notifications. Messages are typically sent if your membership has not been renewed approximately 30 days prior to expiration and again near the end of your membership term. Message frequency may vary.
Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share your information with service providers who assist in delivering SMS messages on our behalf, subject to confidentiality obligations.
Opt-In and Opt-Out
By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from us for membership-related purposes. Consent is not a condition of membership or purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message, texting “STOP” to 1.855.839.0095, or contacting us at 1.833.VFW.VETS. For assistance, reply “HELP.”
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, including your mobile number, from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
