This summer in select markets, VFW will be participating in the myWalgreens Donation Program.
Walgreens, in partnership with in/PACT, is allowing its customers the opportunity to donate Walgreens cash rewards to VFW. Donations may be given to VFW at http://www.mywalgreens.com or the Walgreens mobile app, which is available on iPhone and Android.
At Walgreens, customers earn Walgreens Cash rewards when they shop and use the myWalgreens rewards card. Through the app or website, Walgreens customers can choose how much to donate, whether it be $1, $5 or more. It is easy to donate, and the money adds up to make a difference in the lives of veterans, troops and their families.
Members of myWalgreens, Walgreens’ loyalty program, can donate to VFW now through Aug. 31. These rewards points could help VFW programs, such as Sport Clips Help a Hero, Unmet Needs and scholarship programs for youth and student veterans.
