KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The VFW has teamed up with VA to provide female veterans with an opportunity to learn about VA health care and benefits for women veterans. Join us on Tuesday, March 22, 2016, at 1 p.m. CDT for the #ExploreVA Facebook Chat, during which you can hear how VA is continually enhancing facilities, training staff and improving access to services to meet the needs of women veterans. You can also get answers to your questions from VA experts. The event is open to all female veterans and will take place the VFW's Facebook page.
Women Veterans Health Care addresses primary care, cancer screenings, maternity care coverage and the many other services available to women veterans at VA health facilities nationwide. It works to ensure that timely, equitable, high-quality, comprehensive health care services are provided in a sensitive and safe environment, initiatives highly supported by the VFW.
