VFW DISPATCH – August 2015
|
|
Newly-elected VFW National Commander John A. Biedrzycki, Jr. is calling on the VFW’s nearly 1.3 million members to recommit to service to others. Commander Biedrzycki has vowed to lead with “Loyalty, Honor and Service” over the next year and with your commitment and support, there’s nothing we can’t accomplish together!
The upcoming year will present many challenges and obstacles that we must face head-on. The VFW was the first to stand up in the fight to hold the VA accountable and there’s still much work to be done. With Congress on recess, now is the time to advocate on behalf of our nation’s veterans. Arm yourself with the latest VFW Priority Goals, learn about key congressional bills the VFW is working to pass and contact your representatives to ensure they don’t forget about America’s heroes!
Remember, the VFW has helped pass virtually every significant piece of quality-of-life legislation for service members, veterans and their families. Working together, we can continue to stand up for veterans’ benefits and ensure that No One Does More FOR VETERANS!
Respectfully,
Your VFW Membership Team
